Hey everyone, my name is Gurpreet and im 24 and someone told me about [pheromones](https://a314.com/) sprays and I decided to do some research. Hey Gurpreet, yeah they sell high quality stuff here in the hopes to get feedback from users. They also let you try it with a $25 gift certificate if you introduce yourself more. Well I can be outgoing and shy both, depending upon the circumstances and the situations. I would like to use them in social settings, e.g. clubs, parties, dates, and also at work (I work in retail and want to move up on the ladder). I am a decent looking guy and don’t really have a tough time getting girls, but thats if THEY initiate the conversation. I am just shy about approaching them. I will see girls checking me out, but they are just as shy as I am so it never gets anwhere! I am wondering if pheromones would help with getting girls to open up more and to not be so intimidated by me. ---

Hi Gurpreet - Welcome to Pherotalk. It looks to me like you would be interested in the two main types of pheros - For social/dating situations: [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - An all round social/sexy formula that is not overly high in none. Good ofr meeting people in mixed company, with a healthy confidence boost that micht help with approaching people. Social products (no none) such as: IS - Happy and good to be around. IO - Promotes flowing conversation IG - Smooth status IH - Close and bonding. These can be worn along with Ammo to steer its effects in a particular direction. However it is best to test each phero individually first, to find the effective dose for your body chemistry. For work, really, A314 oil is the best. Its oil base lasts through the day and ensures even diffusion. A great trust, status and professional impact formula. As well as that, you would be well advised to read the wealth of info on congruency, style and appropriate behaviours to go with the pheros - Which is free and of no small importance too. If your on a budget I’d recommend you try to-go bottles of Instant openness and instant gentleman for the shyness and talking to women. Adding in some instant shine should help you be less intimidating. After having these three you could also try some ammo, but I think you will want to use it with the socials I recommend to make sure your not intimidating. Cheers! ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Gsandhu23! Mobo gave you a quick run down on the first set of mones you should test out when starting off and to get a good feel as to what pheromones do. Thanks for all the info guys. After looking around on the forums I decided to order A314, Instant Honesty, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Ammo, and Turn up the heat(so maybe I went a little overboard) =} I would just like to what combinations you guys recommend for work, what combinations for school and which ones for social settings and clubs, and how many sprays to start out with each one. ---
