I am a 23 year old female and I am putting this up on behalf of my brother. He’s never had a job before and unfortunately his pride is too high to just go in and fill out an application. He insists on going in and talking to the manager and no matter how good his performance, he keeps getting shot down. I hate seeing him coming home depressed. He’s 21 by the way and Caucasian (still lives with us). My friend has been using [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) for a while and recommended that I get him A314 and said he would get a job very easily? I’m still a bit skeptic about all this. Is this right for him? Any suggestions? ---

Welcome Clubbin! Yes A314 excells in situations like a job interview. It projects an alpha leader vibe. ‘I’m a capable guy and I know what I’m doing. Hire me already’. Combined with some IH or [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) it’s a great business mix. What kind of jobs is your brother applying for? What’s his personality like? It takes some social skills to pull off the high status A314 vibe. As you’re brother is only 21 this product might be a bit heavy. IG is a lighter - less complex - blend that might be a better fit for him. If you go for A314 buy the spray version B. More economical for a first try, and also hits harder than the oil - so better for interviews when you only have a limited time to show you’re the man they should hire. ---

I’m with himeros on his recommendations. IG is excellent and so is A314. Take some time and see if you can best answer the questions that himeros has asked. Those will give us some other ideas of how he can increase his chances. Really it sounds like you know that your brother has too much pride and should really tone his attitude down a little bit. Sometimes the manager will think “who does this kid think he is skipping the application process?” Humility in this case will go a long way. ---

He wants to apply for a waiter position, pretty much anywhere he can. His personality is very different… He is a very confident and proud human being but when it comes to important things he turns into a little and becomes very very shy. ---

I’d go with IG. Should give him a nice confidence boost for his interviews. A314 is too intense in this case I think. More something I would wear when applying for a competitive corporate job. Small business owners might get intimidated, thinking he’s there to take over the business entirely 😮😃 ---
