hey been researchin these ideas about [pheromones](https://a314.com/) for a while and figured since im a hands on guy id try them myself, i really have no clue where to start tho so i could use some help. ive been reading round here that maybe a314 ammo and instant shine would be a place to start, but should i get all of them or would just one be alright, also if those are the rite place for me to start. im a outgoing 21er whose looking for a little edge with girls and could use any help on what to get. one last side note, i smoke this wouldnt have an effect on the pheromones??? look forward to hearin back. ---

Hi and welcome to the forum! Great to hear you have done a bit of reading on phero’s already. It’s alot easier to help point you in the right direction if you tell us a little bit more about yourself. You say you are an outgoing guy? Can you tell us a little bit more about your personality? Are you naturally chatty? Do you usually approach the girls you are interested in? What do you want to get out of using phero’s? Hello and welcome to the forum. First off, smoking does not really have an effect on the pheromones, although if you do hang out in places that are really smokey, you may want to wear just an extra spray or so - that is - once you figure out where your best dosage is. That you do with a little trial and error. As JB and xiphoid mentioned, one of the best consumer products here for getting an edge with the ladies is Ammo. It has enough none in it to let the aldies know that you are interested but it is balanced enoguh you could even wear it to work in case there is a young lady there you are interested in. After that the socail products are another great place to start. You could try Instant shine as has been mentioned. It will leave the people around you feeling happy. Or IO could help you get those intial conversations really rolling. A314 is used primarily for work. It gives you a very strong alpha leader kinda vibe. But it can also create “respect distance” around you. It does pair nicely with Ammo for social purposes giving you a “high value” male kinda vibe. It does attract girls who are looking for that kind of guy but it can also make girls who are a little shy a little stand-offish. They will respond but you will definitely have to do a little extra in that case. You could order one at a time but given shipping costs for each order I would just do one big order up front. hey thanks all for the input. a little further on me is yea im outgoing in a very chatty way. i have no problem with going up to talk to the girl and doing some small chat “my teachers since third grade to my boss now are astounded i still cant shut up lol” ive always tried to be the leader in my group of friends and at work probably some byproduct of living with my father so i definitly agree that a314 sounds good, and i liked the sound of that shine you guys talked about, ammo too lol, they all sound pretty fun. one last question and ill quit bothering yah guys, do these phermones come in a scented bottle already or would i be able to add them to cologne i like or should i just spray some cologne after? i definitly do not want people thinking i smell like piss and i kinda already have a couple cologne bottles im really fond of. ---

Thanks for the extra information. You have no problem breaking the ice with the ladies, now to help them have the ‘deep’ conversation with you, I would suggest Instant Honesty and to help them feel comfortable and relaxed it’s gotta be IFM, one of my favourites 😉. Couple these with a touch of ammo and you should be laughing. Most of the consumer products come with a scent, this helps them to diffuse into the air better. I find that they are easily covered by a main stream cologne, I like Joop but Issey Miyake, Green Irish Tweed, Hugo Boss etc are all popular choices amongst the guys. As BH said, A314 is mainly for work, although ladies can be attracted to the alpha male image it portrays. I find [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) to be a little easier to work with socially. The only answer is to try them and see what works best for you.
