At age 22 my reommendations to be a little smoother with the ladies is: Ammo - just enough none to spice things up but start slowly. Welcome kustocha 🙂 Your other thread is still under moderation and will probably appear soon. I will give more detailed advice once it come out of the pile. For now [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and instant honesty are your best bet. Ammo will make u more attractive. Honesty will promote more better conversation with ur girlfriend. ---

I am 22 years old and I am a Male. I live in Virginia US. I am in the middle of shy and outgoing. If i am in the mood, then i am very outgoing. I am here because i want to win the hearts of girls. I got interested on Pheromones by my self. i thought i was really interesting thing. I hope to get some great reactions from women from pheromones. ---

Thank you for providing more info. 😉 Well I think Ammo and IO would be a good place to start for you. Keep in mind they have to-go bottles at a low cost so you can try some things out to see what works best for you. If you have any questions just let us know.
