I’m 27 and most ammo Ive used is 2 sprays of regular strength. Just trying to see what you gentleman do at your ages. ---

38 and I’ve gotten great results with up to 4 sprays/usually 3, of course I usually use it with A314 and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) which imo helps buffer the none even further. ---

im 18.mexican descent..i have had sucess with up to 3 sprays..went against the forum suggestions and worked me wonders…1 spray neck 1 each bicep..had my girl all over me the whole night and her family chattin up a storm edt: i use togo bottles ---

18, and I use 1 spray from the togo sized bottle ---

20 and have been advised to use 1 spray from the regular bottle. ---

I’m 34 and I use 2 sprays of Heavy [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), with a does of IS & p79
