I called the 800 number to check on my order. Guess who picks up the phone…Steve!! Wow. I’ve been reading and studying the forum for 6 weeks now and I get Steve (the pheremone king himself) on the phone. I want to bombard him with 200 newbie questions but I keep it down to 2. The first thing I asked was about wearing mones on your clothes as opposed to on your skin. Steve explains to me that mones work better on the skin because the bacteria breaks down the mones. OK. Great. Along the same line I ask how long it takes androstenone to break down. I’d heard on the forum that it was sticky, takes a long time to break down…So Steve’s answer was about 12-16hrs depending on climate and other factors. OK, so I start thinking that if the other ingredients in a mix break down after 2-4 hours then after say 4 hours aren’t you wearing unbuffered androstenone? Furthermore the composition of the formula is not the same after 2 hours. If you have [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) + IH + TUTH on at 8pm then by 10 pm you only have IH + TUTH and by 12pm you are only wearing TUTH. Is this correct? BTW Steve is a great guy and I really appreciate the time he took to talk with me. I asked Steve about his new mix and he said “Which one?”…LOL ---

Anol (among others in IH) transforms too none also… IS break down is 1-1,5 hours… ---

I wouldn’t necessarily say that mones other than anone would disappear that quickly. If you are outside, yes, but inside -esp in an air-conditioned room - it would take a bit longer. I would say that at least 4 to 6 hours for IH; I don’t think IShine lasts that long but still up to 4-5 hours, depending on the environment. Also, by then, people that were with you in a room, even girls, should start feeling comfortable from all that TAA + bnol + anol they were exposed to earlier that having some anone shouldn’t be too much of problem. Well maybe, if it 10mcg +… Just my opinion ---

You had Steve on the phone and you only asked two questions. I dare you to call again and ask those 200 questions, I am sure you will be shocked and amazed at what will happen then. OK I will, I really didn’t want to take too much of his time with Noob questions BUT information is kinda scattered here. Even with the search feature and the stickies. IMO its a little high but then again I dont wear anone as much as Steve. Yes anone is sticky but if it were that sticky it would not diffuse and you would see little to no results. I think you will still have residue after about 12 to 16 hours but you diffuse a great deal in those first 4 to 6. Your buffers will wear off before the anone but by then the anone levels are not high enough to cause a OD effect. Of course if you keep applying anone products daily you can cause build up and over time end up at OD levels but that takes a while and there are remedies to deal with this. I have seen a few people say that Ishine only lasts 2 hours of so. I dont find that true myself. 3 to 4 hours is the norm. IH and IO about 3 to 6. The to-go bottle is great cause you can take it with you to replenish your buffers if the need arises. Plus when you apply you should be using a higher ratio of buffer the anone. This helps balance it out longer. Take into consideration environment as well. Hot humid weather you diffuse faster then in the colder months. I wear much less and reapply less often in winter. Bacteria breaks down the natural hormones you secrete. [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) you spray on are pretty much broken down to there pheromonal form. They can and do break down some more and can convert to other pheromones depending on what pheromones your using but since its pretty much near the end of the breaking down cycle of a hormone coryneform bacteria breaks it down into BO. All that aside dont over think it. If your using anone products just apply them with your buffer and go out and have fun. Take a togo of Ishine or IO with you in case you need it but its generally not something you need to worry about. The body has a miraculous way of balancing things out. Tisha
