# When do you get the most hits after application of AMMO?

So as a newbie, I thought it would be interesting to know more experienced users thoughts on when the sweet spot is for hits after application of AMMO.

Yup - this is one for Mens Phero, not Journals.

I’ll also say that I think you need more poll options - I find the nature of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) changes a good bit as time goes-on, with the hits at 1-2hrs, 3-4hrs and 5-6hrs all a bit different.

Also…

since we are near the same age, can you give me a brief synopsis on your early experiences with AMMO (do you remember your first experiences with it? What were they?) vs how, now that you are an advanced user, does it fit in your palette of pheros these days. Do you still use it and if so, how so?
