# When to stop taking mones?

Hey guys, been taking mones for a week now. Is it a good idea to take a break for a day or 2 or is it ok for me to keep using everyday

I’m mainly using [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IH with TUTH sometimes.

Also, is there a huge difference between regular ammo and 2x ammo:?

What do you mean “taking” mones.

The difference between Ammo regular and 2X is with 2X you simply can apply less. It does not give you double results. If you are using 2 or 4 sprays with 2X you can cut down to 1 or 2 sprays. You cannot however get any odd number of sprays so if you use 1 or 3 stick with the regular 🙂

Stop taking mones as in not using any spray for a day, I have been using the spray for 5 days straight. Is it not as effective if I constantly use them or do I need to take a break for a day or 2 without using any spray then start again?

I’ve pretty much been using mones non-stop for years, but only when I’m going out. I don’t sit around the house and wear them. Well I do wear Ishine pretty much 24/7

Mones are as effective as you make them. You naturally produce mones so regardless of whether you stop wearing the synthetic ones, you are still wearing mones 🙂

Personally, I do try to take at least one phero-free day a week and on the previous occasions this subjrct has cropped-up, I notice that many of the old hands here do the same.

This is partly so you can try to eliminate any build-up and to let yourself balance your own reactions to the pheros.

And if you are wearing the pheros for self-effects, then IMO you should be seeking some other way to find that reinforcement and taking more regular breaks/cut downs because you inevitably becomeinnured to the pheros and that makes them less effective.
