I can’t say for certain but the one issuing the GC is head of the customer service department if i’m not mistaken. She has a load of things and usually issues the GCs all at once per time period. That time period is unknown to me. Try bumping your original thread up with your intro to the top ---

They have been a bit overwhelmed recently but you should bump you original intro thread back to the top of the forum and Mickaelia will no-doubt pick-up on it when she does her next batch of GCs - Which is IME often first thing on Monday mornings, US-time. ---
