hi guys! i’m a newbie to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). i just got my a314, TUTH, and complimentary IO. having waited for 1 week, i’m almost over the moon when i saw the post arrive. when i opened the parcel, i saw the holy elixirs. i wanted to try them straight away, however, my hands paused. how? and where should i start? my, i’m stuck at this thought for 2 hrs. and finally, i’ve decided to seek advice form the pros. i’ve looked through the posts, and most suggest that i should drip 2 drops of a314 on my wrist, and spray TO of TUTH on the neck and wrist. but how much? what if the dropper of a314 drips to many drops, or huge droplets, that causes an over dose? and can i spray them at the same spot? e.g. a314 and IO on the wrist? ---

First off when you receive a product a… follow that. It takes experimentation on your part to determine what works best for you.
