I just got my bottle of ammo to go. I am a first time user and want to know where to spray it. ---

I personally like to spray it directly onto my nutsack, for optimum diffusion. Beginners may want to consider spraying on the pulse points (neck and wrists) ---

With ammo i usually go with the pulse points on my neck and maybe my chest. Some people like to spray onto their wrists, rub it in together and then wipe the rest on their neck. Unless you’re walking around in a mankini, i don’t think spraying your “brain” down there will do much unless you’re expecting to have sex. ---
