Alright, so I have the full bottle of Instant shine and I have the samples of turn up the heat and ammo. What I want to know is I want to use ammo and the instant shine but can I spray them on the same place right after I spray the other or should I wait? Also, wear should I exactly spray? Thanks ---

I have read, and found from personal use, that if you spray them into the warmer parts of your body, the [pheromones](https://a314.com/) will work better. My normal spots of application are behind the ears, on the neck, on the stomach (very good for instant shine) and on the inner part of your elbows (1 spray should work fine, just spread it to both). There should also be no problem spraying different types on right after the other. Just make sure you don’t spray too much and OD. ---

Lots of choices and no right answer. I would suggest putting the AMMO on your chest near your throat where it can escape your collar and putting the Ishine on your wrists. If you spray one product on top of another it is best to let the first one dry before putting the second one on. ---

Hello Ibro95, your question is not so eady to be answered. In fact, the places where to spray Pheros may differ on which results you’d like to get. You want that others will feel more Pheros than you? Use them on the wrists. You want to feel more the Pheros? Use them on the chest. It’s up to you. Actually the best way to diffuse them are on pulse points as the warmth helps the diffusion. If you need more information, just ask. See ya Franz ---

In addition to the above recommendations you could also put a spray of Shine on the back of your neck or in your hair on the back of your head. ---

Hello Ibro95, I have one more suggestion. When you use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), don’t spray it on your hair because it’s very hard to be washed away from there. See ya Franz ---

when i spray it on my hair, my scalp gets itchy.
