# Where should I spray exactly??

I have read, and found from personal use, that if you spray them into the warmer parts of your body, the [pheromones](https://a314.com/) will work better. My normal spots of application are behind the ears, on the neck, on the stomach (very good for instant shine) and on the inner part of your elbows (1 spray should work fine, just spread it to both). There should also be no problem spraying different types on right after the other. Just make sure you don’t spray too much and OD.
