# Where should I spray exactly??

Hello Ibro95,  
your question is not so eady to be answered. In fact, the places where to spray Pheros may differ on which results you’d like to get. You want that others will feel more Pheros than you? Use them on the wrists. You want to feel more the Pheros? Use them on the chest. It’s up to you. Actually the best way to diffuse them are on pulse points as the warmth helps the diffusion. If you need more information, just ask.
