For the amounts, it’ll be different for people as there is a difference in age, personality, environment, and what response or reaction you’re looking to get. Though, for your age or any other, IShine, for example, could be good for 2 3 4 or ? sprays. What response do you want? This is when ‘Sweet Spot’ testing, the amount of mone application that you want to get the desired results, is so important.
