# Where to apply IS and IH?

Where to apply IShine and IH? Is there a general guide how to proceed? The descriptions on the order pages do not give enough instructions. Check out my [intro,](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/hey-im-a-carefree-guy-looking-for-fun/34987)

Excel (you don’t work for the evil Microsoft do you?), I like using IS (2x) 3-4 sprays … usually to the sides of the neck and maybe one to the back of neck or hair. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or IH (2x) 3-4 sprays one or two to each wrist and rub together. IS is mostly for your benefit , IH and IO is for all to experience. Hope this helps.

I put (1X) 2-3 sprays of IS on the front of my neck and 1 spray on my head and put 2 sprays of IO or IH on the “top” of my hands. I also use one drop of A314 (split) behind my ears and one drop on my wrists.
