Received an order for IShine, IO, IH, A314, and to-go bottles of IG, TUTH, and Spaceland. I was wondering where the best places to apply these are and where I do not want to apply them/where to apply them to target myself? ---

The best place to apply these [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) for self effects would be to the sides of the neck. With A314A I usually apply it behind my ears as well. To effect other people would be to apply the pheromones to the wrists and the back of the neck. ---

I find A314 works well along sides of jaw for self-effects. ---

A314 can get really nasty smelling behind the ears, especially on a warm day or after a workout. The back of the ears sweat and can get surprisingly oily, making for a bad mix. I guess that’s why mama always made you rub behind the ears. I prefer A314 applied to drier body parts. I’ve never felt any self-medication effects from A314. ---

I agree with Gegogi completely i have heard its a good spot to defuse the [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) but with the sweat and i seem to be scratching behind the ears i usally put it on my forearms. ---

You can also spray right on your hair. Though I’d avoid spraying -none as I’ve been told it gets sticky and therefore, hard to remove. ---

I spray IH and IO on my inner wrists so others are exposed more than I am, although I do sometimes feel self effects and get more chatty. I will also add one spray of IO to my hair. For instant shine I go for my wrists, hair, and occasionally a little bit right under my nose so I can smell it. A314 I go for the jawline and neck. Tuth I go for the chest. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) I put 2 sprays on, one onto my neck and one onto my wrists. Wait until products dry down if you are going to layer them, at least that’s what I recommend… Good luck!
