Hey Now,

I just got [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IS, IO, IH and TUTH. Where should I apply if I’m going to be wearing something that will be covering my arms and wrists? For example, if I’m wearing a longsleeved shirt, jacket, sweatshirt. Is it a waste to spray on the wrists/arms? Or clothing doesn’t make a difference?

Lastly, when should I spray prior to meeting or getting close? How long do their effects fade out?

My advice: neck and hair.
You could try application to your clothing, but it doesn’t really diffuse as well because the cloth soaks it up.

Oil products last almost all day
Spray products last about 6 hours

Does it make a difference if my hair has some styling products(gel, mousse, hair spray, brylcreem) applied to it?

Yes, they would slow down the diffusion. Be careful with -none products (TUTH, AMMO) that you put into your hair as it may cause buildup. Some user reported never having any, so it varies from person to person. I would try to use up as much of exposed skin as possible before spraying into hair. Clothes are a bad option just because it may linger and conflict with other [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) you may use later on. If you’re wearing long sleeves, you can spray as close to the wrist as possible since the opening is there anyway. If you’re wearing a dress shirt I typically spray where there is an opening in the sleeve.
