# Where to get A1?

This has happened to me before after a long day (and lots of bed but little sleep) followed by a marathon talking session. I became uncharacteristically pessimistic about the future and -exactly as you’ve described it- feeling trapped and lacking in power/confidence.

I had on a common mix I use (usually something like P86/P83/Ammo/[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)/IH/TAC) but had gone overboard with the A1 for some reason: I must have had 10/15 drops from the Lovescent 10ml bottle on the back of my hands and wrists.10mg in 10ml bottle = 10,000 mcg  
About 240 drops in a bottle  
10,000 / 240 = 41.5 mg per drop  
**10-15 drops is something between 415mg and 622mg**  
The feeling of being trapped was incredible. I have only felt like that (that options were closed-off and outside my power to change) very few times in my life. Makes me cringe remembering it. Trapped and powerless to change things… not pleasant.
