Just dilute 5ml of the LS A1 with 10 ml of perfumers alcohol and you’ve got your 50 mcg/spray. ![]()
I wonder if A1 can actually cause decrease in endogenous testosterone production in the long run. Androstenedione is derived from DHEA and can become testosterone. It could negatively feedback and lead to decrease in LH and other gonadotropin releasing hormones. Plus, for a chubby or fat people, too much testerone could be converted to estrogen via aromatase. Things like anone and rone aren’t in the direct synthesis pathway, so I guess there might be any negative reperucusion, but how about A1? Is this why negative reaction might occur? Any thoughts?
My guess is that it’s not just to do with an individual’s A1 sensitivity, but also to how your neurotransmitters are behaving themselves that day. Below a certain level I don’t feel any of the negative effects: it’s like the A1 isn’t there for me (although I do sense that it’s working on others). The dosage-response curve is obviously kinked.
For me as I add more A1 it goes like this: no self-effects, a bit more… no self-effects, a bit more… no self-effects, a bit more… no self-effects, a bit more… bam! then I want to crawl into a hole for a day or two and stare at the floor.
I know that (at least for me) nicotine can counterbalance that feeling to some degree but not completely push it away. My hunch is that at some level the self-effects of A1 overwhelm dopamine production or causes faster dopamine re-uptake until it’s depleted. Then it’s just a question of waiting for it to be replenished: while helping it along with a healthy diet of eggs, nuts, fish and lean meat.
