Ok by Wed i should have 4 products. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IFM, IS and TUTH, my question is can these be sprayed on top of one another or do i have to find a fresh spot for all of them? ---

There is no best answer. You’ll have to experiment and find out what you like best. I tend to try to find fresh spots for each element if i’m using more than one thing, but winter and long sleeves limit available skin so… Have fun and be sure at some point to try them individually so you’ll get a feel for what each one does alone. 🙂 ---

i like neck wrists and hair. but dont spray tuth in your hair it will stick in there for a while. but try numerous spots but i would rub one in before spraying another just so your not like soaking in alcohol lol. ---

Does application on hair make the mones work properly?I mean isn’t it the body heat that helps them disperse in the air?Not applying to flesh should decrease results or not??? ---

Hello Guys, as Renny says, everybody has his/her best way to use pheros. For my small experience, I prefer to use them in different places. For example, Ammo that makes me feel a bit nervous if too much, I wear it on wrists (far from face), while P74, on my neck… I’ve read that hair is a really good way to use Pheros, but NONE ones (AMMO), because it’s hard to get washed away. Some people reported very good results with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) sprayed on their hair. But I didn’t try it yet. I’ve read what you’d like to use, and I’ve not a big experince on them neither, so it’s better that somebody that has them, will give you some tip on where to spray. My advice is, just keep on experimenting. That’s the best way to find what suits to you. See ya Franz ---

It’s all up to you where you choose to apply it. I like to spray on hair and neck. Hair application diffuse [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) faster due to most of our body heat disperse thru head.🙂
