# Where to spray IH, IG and TUTH, and how many sprays?

Hi i was wonderng where is the best place to spray and how many sprays?

I have IH IG and TUTH

any advice

Hi most people use neck or wrists, because these areas produce more heat so that the mones can diffuse better, but you could also use back of hands, hair, forarms, chest or back of neck. It is strongly advised you do not spray any none products on your hair as it is a sticky molecule and may stay present for some time. I tend to apply to wrists or back of hands if I want to effect other people more, or apply to neck if I want the mones to effect me more.

I like to spray TUTH on the zipper area as it encourages exploration of said region.
