# Where to spray IS, IO and Ammo Summer for efficient use?

Hey, I was recommended to use IS, IO, and AMMO Summer. I was wondering where I should spray it to use efficiently.

Have a good read of the App points Sticky while you are at it, the other introduction Stickies. They cover all the basics of effective phero use.

Otherwise, so long as it has good circulation and is open to the air to diffuse well, it is a viable app point, so don’t overthink it! 🙂
