# Which androstenol mix..

I’m going to purchase TAL and something containing androstenol.  
Between CTTM Mix 2, IO, and IH, which works best with both TAL and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), and both of them combined? Or maybe there’s a putative or mx that has some interesting androstenol workings?

I have chemset alpha and beta androstenol and have mixed every possible ratio variation. My conclusion is the difference between various ratios of alpha & beta nol is pretty darn subtle. They all encourage lots of verbiage and socialization. I like CTTM (1:1 alpha & beta nol) but honestly the reaction to 100% alpha nol isn’t that different. Beta nol tends to encourage deeper conversation but hell not everybody is capable of “deep thoughts” and you get the same old shit half the time.

Now I realize IH and IO have a small amount of helper molecules to draw out more nuance over the straight poop, but it’s probably slitting hairs in terms of party or club realities.

In other words, I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the nol mixes. It’s all good and in the same ball park.

but 100% beta androstenol would be quite different right? that’s like raw pure instant honesty - revealer of inappropriate secrets. 🙂

I agree with that geogi, i’ve found [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to be more effective than CTTM2 in both talking and intimacy terms, I suppose the helper thingies and carriers make a difference.
