# Which combo of IO, IS, IG and Ammo gets women to notice me and feel comfortable?

You **really do** need to do your own Sweet Spot testing:

And at your age, seriously consider using just the socials instead and save the Ammo for a date/night out situation. IS, IO and IG are all great at provoking interest in girls around your age and TBH, it is better you get the hang of each phero individually before you start maxing them.
