Hello to the friendly & helpful people in this forum, i got a small problem here that will need your point of view or advice. I have been thinking about this problem for so time. The problem has been bugging me for so time well here goes\> I was thinking at the time i ordered my stuff(A314,TUTH & Togo Instant Openness), i was thinking about getting AMMO & Instant Honesty on my next order but i was thinking should i get Normal or double strength & should i get Togo or Full sized? I even saw full bottle Instant Honesty can be available in Quadruple strength. Is it good in that strength? P.S. Is [Come Talk To Me](https://a314.com/product/come-talk-to-me-cttm/) (Mix 2) good & effective? If yes,i’m thinking about it to be added to my second order. With Regards, PhatSounds ---

With a higher strength product the only difference is less sprays to get to the same effect so it lasts longer and is usually more cost effective. For instant Honest I have been spraying 2 sprays normal so I would only need one with double strength.. the bottle of double strength would last twice as long. Ponderu ---

For newbies I’d recommend always getting the normal strength version - you’ll be better able to judge how much of a certain product you need. Thsi holds true especially with androsteNone containing products like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), which is on your buying list. If your sweet spot would be at only 1 spray of the normal version (which is not unusual at your age), you’d already be way beyond it with the heavy version. So, take it slow and if you find your sweet spot at like 3 or 4 sprays you could change to the heavy ammo version to save some money. ---

I think you should start with the normal strength. It is good to start from low and increase slowly until you see the best effect. You are very new in phero. Be patience and have fun trying out instead of trying to start with high dosage ---

you can always get the togo sizes of all the products with varying strengths. So, Shine, Honesty, Openness, Ammo. Try out the togos, if you like em or use them a lot, then move up to the stronger doses. And after you use up the ToGos, you’ll have empty bottles that you can refill to take with you. I wish I had done this cause recently I’ve been wishing I had more empty ToGos. Helpful if you plan on being out for a long period of time and don’t want to carry the full size bottles with you. Lots of clinking and hard to carry around. Wish I had started with ToGos first. = ---

I agree with what everybody has said, and just want to add a couple of points. At your age, I would stick with Ammo 1X, but it’s fine to get the socials (Instant Line) at 2X or higher. The Instant products generally will not create negative OD effects like None based products and they are a better value. If using empty to-go bottles to refill and take with you, that works quite well. But, if you are going to refill them with anything other than what was in the original bottle, I would suggest cleaning the empty bottles out with hydrogen peroxide first, then then cleaning the peroxide out with alcohol before refilling the bottles. This will avoid contaminating the new bottle with the original contents. ---

IMHO, get as high strength as you can and dilute it down to regular if you want. It’s more cost effective and there is less lingering smell. ---

I like the 2x or higher as I get more for the money. If you need 1X you can dilute by adding cologne. I buy Ammo 2X and cut 1:1 with Nautica Competition. Ammo seems to be a clone of Nautica Competition’s scent. The 4X or higher are great if you like to mix or compose multiple mone products with your own scents. ---

Dont dilute your products until you have some experience with pheromones. Frankly I dont suggest diluting the instant line at all unless you have a problem with the strength to begin with. Normally people wear more then one spray of a social product. You have [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) in 2X so you will need less sprays then the regular strength. Keep in mind diluting voids out the guanantee. The instant line was created as stand alone products and for layering not mixing. Tisha ---
