# Which male pheromone is the best to get, from your experience?

look at the names of the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) that you like, and do a search on them. there are over 70,000 posts full of information. just take a look.

my recommendation would be Instant shine

well i would say that i am a fairly goodlooking guy but i only get girls once in a while. im looking to increase the number of girls i get laid by and also keep them interested in me because they get uninterested very fast…

And read up on how to interact with people and keep their interest. Check dating sites, David Deangelo type things. Even some of the golden oldies (books) like Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” Pheromones are only a small part of the deal.
