# Which mcg of p83 should I get

I’ve been really interested in getting this after reading a couple of journals and threads. I’m in **High School** just so you know, and not sure which dosage is best. A lot of people say the 10 mcg or 12.5 mcg for starters but is this too much for a younger age group(17-18)?

[P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) is not one of the more age dependent pheros. Either of those doses is a good place to start. 🙂

what about just the 2.5 mcg, because I dont want to spend an extra $10-$13 unless its going to make a noticeable difference, or would it be better to go with the higher amount so I don’t have to use so many sprays?

A good dose is 25-60mcg. i am 18 and use about 40mcgs and yes it dose make a noticeable difference.  
I would recommend you get 10mcg spray!!

Not that I am even remotely considering this, but has anyone ever even bought the 5000 mcg one? lol I mean like, I can’t imagine anyone actually spending like $4000 on a pheromone

it is for mixing so you would not spray that much on yourself

Go w/ 30mcg… Ends up being more cost effective per spray.
