# Which mcg to choose for a first 30ml bottle of P83?

I’m 26, thinking about buying the 30mL bottle of [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/), but what is the best mcg to go for?

I’d suggest 10mcg at least till you have a good idea of your effective dose.

i have to agree with mobo. Anytime I try out a new Putative I just opt for 10 unless I read something otherwise or its just “too powerful.” For example, erone and none I went with 5 cuz I can always add a spray, can’t take away 1 if I go too far. And P75, the suggestion is that people get better results at a micro dose so I opted for 2.5…but [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/), go with the 10 and start on day 1 with that, use it for a cpl of days, then work up to 20, and so on. You’ll find its a great molecule to play with.

Thanks guys! Ordered it with a re up of TUTH…I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/). Just glad I didn’t have to pay 9999 for it lol. Btw what’s with the hike up in prices for IO IH and some others?

Yah I was wondering the same thing, maybe it attributed to the increased cost of Molecules? IdK
