# Which mones for Yoga and Pilate classes? Vote

I’d vote for no -mones in class. See my post about getting [kicked out of yoga class](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/pheros-got-me-kicked-out-of-yoga-class/20108).

If you’re going to wear anything, wear something calming. I would listen to Reclipse (1 drop of A314 and/or oil-based TAA).
