I am kind of new and my english isnt very well so i am not understand very well about the kinds of pheromne? 1.which pherermone cologone is the best to attract women in bars or clubs ? Please help me ---

Welcome to the forum, the best [pheromones](https://a314.com/), in my opinion sold here for attraction are Ammo and Turn Up The Heat. i would recommend however that you take your time and do some research on this forum so that you understand how to use them and their effects on people and yourself. why don’t you tell us a little bit more about yourself, age, personality etc and maybe we could give you some more specific advice. ---

You could be a homosexual female but I’m guessing you are a heterosexual male. In that case you shouldn’t need that much anone in general . For ammo I wouldn’t go past 3 sprays . You should really test them out first to find your sweet spot . The same with turn up the heat. Although I may add that it’s best used for 1-on-1 encounters in which you already know there’s some chemistry going on between you and another female. ---
