# Which pheromone combination gets eye contact and gets a girl to notice you?

I’ve seen alot of mixed reviews, i havent gotten much out of it myself but i like the smell. Any advice on the [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) combination available to get eye contact? i’ve never really thought i was ugly but im not your best looking guy either, also a little overwieght and haven’t dated in a while. although i consider myself a nice guy, i tend to fall into that catagory with women and cease to be a sexual entity in her eye, and become something more like a lamp. Anything to get the girl to notice you and strike up a conversation? Be nice to have the upper hand for a change.

the products mentioned in your other thread at [hey, im a noob](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/hey-im-a-noob/4452) are all good and will lead to increased interest in you.

You may want to read over the commercial men’s product descriptions at the Smartmones store.

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and regular strength tuth is probably a good starting point. Once you’ve used a spray of ammo for a couple of days you can start adding in tuth, one spray at a time. Then you can observe the effects of the increasing -none level and find what’s right for you.

Go slowly and don’t overdo things or you will be dissapointed.

I’ve found PheroProof one of the best pheromixes to get eye contact (as it is designed) 😉
