# Which pheromone product works the best?

I used realm and it worked on a girl and thats all. Im interested about pherlure, but the thing is that people say that it works and some say that dont. Another thing, know that celery has [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), but how much do I have to consume?? Thank you I would like to know your recommendations.

You don’t eat it. You rub the juice and/or pulp on your nekid body. Highly effective with vegetarians.

Avoid Pherlure like the plague. As for which product works best, it all depends what you’re want to use them for. You will also start to notice that multiple products can work well in unison.

The answer to that, my friend, is highly relative. Depends on what you’re going for. Check out the stickies at the top of the forum, and choose the product that best suits your needs. Each serves a different purpose
