I have to-gos of: Ammunition Instant Shine Instant Honesty [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) Turn Up The Heat I’m 17 years old by the way, trying to get a girlfriend but I already completed high school and the only place I usually go is work (but there are a few girls there.) Although I do occasionally go out with friends and such, so please, if you are experienced with pheromones I’d like to know which mix is the best from the ones I have. Thanks. ---

i would say lay off TUTH unless u want to scare them away.Your young like me I’m also 17so i don’t see why u might need ammo or TUTH.Honestly i just use like 3 sprays of IS(neck and wrist) and 2 sprays of (on my hair) instant openness or honesty .and I’m good to go.But if u want a little more sex appeal go with a low dosage of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and use IS to buffer it =] ---

I actually found a little bit of AMMO to go a long way. Use about 1 spray before you go out as a standalone for 1 to 3 days and see how it works. ---

Hmm, so people my age should only use small amounts of AMMO? Oh also I read that AMMO can be sprayed on your chest, is it best to spray there? And should I spray it on my skin or shirt? ---

SKIN!!! it won’t diffuse as long or as well if you spray it on your shirt. It will also stick to your shirt and be difficult to wash out, which could eventually lead up to a “build-up OD”. Spray on your chest, let it settle/dry, then put your shirt on and you should be could to go ---
