Where to apply Ammo & IS, the main places NOT to spray are anywhere hairy & sweaty. I personally like to spray on my neck, IS sometimes on the wrists as well. Ammo, I sometimes spray at the top of my chest so that I can regulate the flow a bit by buttoning my shirt up or down, but always spray on exposed skin & let it dry before re-covering. Have a look at this “where & where not to spray” guide: [Application Points 101](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/application-points-101/53343) How much to start with, for your sweet spot testing, start with 1 spray of 1 product at a time for a couple or 3 days then work up 1 spray at a time till you either get no increase in positive effects or you notice negative effects. I think for most people you can’t over do IS, too much is either just wasteful or too smelley. Ammo on the other hand, you definately want to get the dosage right, too much could scare your target off by making you come across a bit too full on.
