# Which product to increase self confidence and self esteem?

I’m wondering what phermones or combinations of phermones would be the best to increase my self confidence and self esteem. I’ve worn the Sexiness To Go spray many times and love it and definitely feel I get more attention and flirted with more when I do, but I’m looking for something that may make me feel good about ME, without trying to feel good because I’m getting attention from men. If that makes any sense?! Getting attention definitely makes me feel more confident but I’d love to have that feeling even without the attention. So I’m looking for something that may have more of an effect on me than on others. Thanks in advance.

Which Instant Sexiness have you been using - A or B? 🙂

I think [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) might be the closest thing to what you’re looking for. It’s a smiley, mood-lifting one, and lots of users report confident boosts from it. Also, some people get a confidence boost from wearing Essence of Woman, which is a copulin product not sold at AD, but another vendor.

Pheromones are (unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) very subjective things, so it all depends on your personality and body chemistry and such.

There may be some Putatives that might have what you’re looking for, but you’ll have to wait for some of the more knowledgable members to come around. 🙂

I agree with Spinach that Instant Shine would be a good one to try as well as [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Like she said also look into different Putatives as well. But note that if your the type of person that can’t walk up to someone you don’t know and start a conversation then just throwing on some pheromones won’t make you able to do it, they will help give you an extra push though.
