I know ammo is 7.5mcg of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) of which 2.5mcg is androstenone and the other 5mcg is pheromones designed to help keep the intensity down so it isn’t the same as using 2.5mcg TUTH. So does anyone know if using Shine with Ammo is redundant? ie, does anyone know if TAA is one of the pheromones added to ammo? What about androstenol? Or would the dose of TAA and/or androstenol (assuming those are in ammo) be so low in ammo that a couple of sprays of IH, IO or Shine (aka 5mcg in Ammo vs. 30mcg pheromones in 2 sprays of Shine, IH or IO) wouldn’t make them redundant? Part of me thinks I od on androstenol easily. If I take IO alone I usually get no results (I think the only hit I ever got was in a car with my brothers wife, she talked nonstop). I get great hits with IH. However taking Shine, IH and IO doesn’t seem to do anything. ---

The current [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a balanced mix of androstenol, androsterone and androstenone. Thus it’s really a complete general purpose standalone with friendly/social and masculine sexual mones evenly represented. I think of it more as a social product than sexual as the androstenone content is very low–just enough to impart a little edginess to your persona. I used to wear it at work until they changed the scent to “game.” I think IS and TAA are one of the best supplements for any mix, Ammo included. You can never have too much happy-ass. It’s pretty much impossible to OD on androstenol. My main problem is getting enough of it… ---

Is it alpha androstenol or beta in the mix? I may just try using a spray of TUTH along with IH and IG when my ammo runs out, because that would probably help me. I get negative effects from fairly low doses of androstenone. One spray seems to give an edge, but 2 sprays makes me irritable. ---
