# Which strength IHonesty with either ammo or a314?

Which strength of IHonesty would be best to use with either ammo or a314 or with both?

I would start out with IH 1X, for sure, until you find your sweet spot. It’s easier to add product than to remove some. And remember to wear IH on your wrists or hands, not near the face. You don’t want self effects.

Personally I love my high-dose IH mixes - great for that “it was just meant to happen” thing.

They tend to be minimalist mixes though - a whopping dose of IH, combined with a smaller or steering dose of sexual/status or a masculine like [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/). Using high-dose IH in a more broad/balanced mix will likely just drown the other components or lose the balance/subtlety of more complex products like A314.

But when starting-out with any product, starting with the 1x version is generally good advice but 2 sprays IH is not an unreasonable dose in a work/dating mix, so a spray of the 2x product is still viable and a careful finger on the sprayer-push can give you a reasonable approximation of a half spray. 🙂
