# Why does Ammo give me a headache each time I spray it, and what gets hits in college?

I’m wearing ammo for the first time and everytime I spray it. It gives me a headache. Why is that??

I’m still new to the while mones thing. I’m in college and was wondering what you suggest to get slot if hits

Do not breath when you are applying it. Sucking up the spray with a deep breath while applying may give a you a massive head ache and lung problems.

Are you wearing more than 2 sprays? If so, you shouldn’t wear a lot, [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) are strong and at ridiculously high doses may cause problems.

It may be that you are sensitive to some of the scent components. It may settle down after a few more applications but if not, and you want to continue using it, a custom scent order may be a serious option.
