These can be very useful in helping to build comfort and attraction in women around your age. Good you have already tried [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and although it is a more sexual/attractive product, its well rounded formula is quite suitable for using at your age. You should test it (and any other none product) till you find your sweet spot first. Also remember that pheros are only part of the story, you are going to need to adopt/display attractive behaviours to back-up the signal they give off. ---

Seems I missed that page about what should go into the introductions. Thanks for the replies. My expectation is still primarily just to experiment at this stage. My limited experience of playing around with pheros has been good fun, and I’d like to expand on that. I’d already had a look at the social products, and was planning on trying out some IS in particular this time around. I was gifted with some IG when I placed my earlier ammo order, and have to say I noticed a beneficial effect when doing a major practical exam (I’m a university student). Sold on ammo right from the start though, especially having been told that I smelled “fucking amazing”. I recall that heavy use of none is supposed to be counterproductive in my age group, and had stuck with 1-2 sprays. Any input as to a ballpark figure, or is it just a matter of individual experimentation? For that matter, is TUTH something for me to avoid for the moment? Agreed entirely about behaviour. I think congruence between pheros and behaviour at the time is also an important consideration. ---

A man after my own heart! I love IS and I enjoy the self effects of a smile in a spray… but the at ease vibe of those in your mone cloud are awesome. I started my mone journey with IS and have it as a staple of my combinations. Its that good! Yes, personal experimentation is suggested… I’d suggest you lean away from TUTH until you’ve got a handle on the social line and AMMO… If you look through my sig below, I’ve got a link to Steve O’s, intro to mones which will help enormously in getting the most out of any mone you use… I’ve also been told that I smell ‘amazing’ as well 😉 ---
