It could be when you’re calling, or that they (meaning 1 person) have a very hard time answering every phone call or PM that comes in. Whats the phone call for? If I may inquire. ---

Ummm I’m not sure but it could be that the phones are busy for the very reason you are calling! I hate to point out the obvious, and yet I mean no offense to you, but if I was running a scam and a potential customer called and asked me if it was a scam would I say yes? The forum, this forum, is made up of customers expressing their open honest opinion, some pro, some anti Androtics. Read the forum and you can get an idea from the thousands of users who spend hundreds, some thousands of dollars every month on product. Sure you might find a few who will buy just to get on the bandwagon, but it’s the users that have been members for long periods who keep buying. Are we all apart of this conspiracy or could it be that we are here because we believe in these products? You have to make your own decision and the only way to do that is try the product. ---

Steveo has a point there. Do you really think that when you call and ask if the products work that Jasmin is going to say “no of course not”. No business would do that. As far as the phone being busy… At this currant time Jasmin is the only one who anwsers the phones. In the last few months this business has exploded. Due to this some changes have been occuring at Androtics. The business is expanding and they are interviewing more staff. If you have a question about mones that is general ask here. If you have a problem with your order and still cant get through on the phone send a PM to Jas with your order number in the title and the words Problem with order next to it. I just got a PM from her today and she is going to try to get in here and send out the GC’s for those who are wondering about that. Tisha ---

Yes her name is Jasmin when you PM. Only PM about orders at this point. So if you didnt get a order or suppose you have a question about billing then PM her and in the title put your problem. Examples Missing order ##### or “Problem with Billing”. She gets 200 to 300 PM’s a day and trys to anwser the ones that are vital first. If its just a question about what mones to get put it in the forum and we will anwser and if she gets a chance she will sometimes pop in and anwser some product question. If you dont want to ask in the forum you can PM me if you think it will help. I know I am repeating myself but If you dont be a little specific in the title when you PM she usually skips over it because she gets alot of people that just want to chat.
