HI I am a 50yr male looking for advice. My wife has lost interest in sex and I am hoping some of the products here will help. I have recently purchased (not yet received) [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), Turn the Heat Up, IH and Shine. Can anyone tell me how the best way to use these products to “get my wife’s attention”. I do not plan on telling her I purchased these products or that I am wearing them (that may change depending on the result of use). thanks ---

What I would do is start with the Ammo and build her up first with this one and give her time to adjust to this new signature. Ammo will be perfect to use around her solo for a while and is very balanced and you can use anytime including day use to. So very first thing start with this one and at the very least let her adjust to this for at least a week. I was kind of torn between this and your IShine to start with, but I think this one because you will want to rebuild the attraction back up. Then I would try your IShine and it is always best to test solo to start, but this in combination with Ammo will work really well and would move on to this after you hit her with the Ammo for a little while. Then after you hit her with the Ammo/IShine you could possibly use the IH for deep conversation and to get to the real root of any underlying problems that may be holding her back you may not know about. Now after all of this the stage is set for you to use the TUTH. This should help turn her on and really get things going in the bedroom which is the part you are looking for. Another tip which might help is after you find your sweet spot with Ammo what you can do and I have found this helpful for myself with my wife is let’s say your sweetspot with Ammo is 3 sprays. You could dial the Ammo back to 2 sprays and use 1/2 spray of TUTH to help make it more sexual without being over bearing for day use. The amounts I am using are just an example and you will have to test to see what really is best. I hope this makes sense. TUTH is very powerful, but as we age we produce less of our own [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) as men and women tend to respond better to a stronger status/sexual mix as they age. Can you discern anything that may have turned her off you, or lack of closeness? IH/IS is a good reconnection and get-stuff out in the open mix and if that helps prompt comfort/pleasant connection, then introduce TUTH when she’s more in a more positive mood to be turned-on/sexual. If she is of similar age to you, and also if post-menopausal then you may find you need a much higher dose of TUTH compared to the doses you generally see discussed here - as a woman ages, her response to Androstenone (and sexuals in general) changes and the doses needed can go way-up (you can still get exceptions though). Starting from one or two sprays is still a good idea though. Personally at 52, I find 2 sprays of the 5.mcg TUTH my baseline an can go a lot higher. I wouldn’t hit her with a big dose straight-off though. Take a little time to find the dose that works best for her. Ammo is a good all-rounder but again, at 50, you may find its scent too strong to get an effective dose - unless you got the 2x or heavy version, which is better suited to our age. Another approach and depending on what turned her-on to you in the first place is that A314 can be a very good way to remind a woman what she liked about you - and A314/TUTH (with or without IS) can be a a very useful mature sexual mix. 🙂
