**20mcg of p103**

I have tested this one a couple of times but didn’t really get a lot from it. Then again, I haven’t used it at 20mcg before - the previous times I’ve worn it at 2.5-7.5mcg.

I feel p103 is all over the place, very topsy-turvy. First I felt a bit of everything, and then I settled in to a nice content mood with a mild undercurrent of happiness. This lasted for the first hour then my emotions started going up and down like a roller coaster. No real reason for them to either. Made me more unstable than I’m use to being.

I thought is this thing amplifying emotions or am I just having one of those days I have every blue moon? I tested this by doing the thing were you put a pencil in-between your mouth, which is said to force a half smile and changes your mood for the better. I’ve tried this many times before in the past with a slight lightening of my mood - nothing too drastic. After trying it again today, I can say that the p103 definitely increased how effective the trick was.

I don’t really have much to report other than that. After initial tests I feel that p103 is happy and content by nature but can cause some serious mood swings if provoked. I need to test it further and on a better day.
