Hi, i’m an 18 year old guy that lives in California. The reason why i’m here is so I can better my social life. Overall, I am a really shy guy that just want to recognized more. Sometimes, I get awkward when I dont know what to say to people. I just really want to be able to be able to communicate with others with ease. Hopefully, [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) will help me on my way. Anyways, I really hope that these pheromones can boost my interactions with people around me. I first learned about pheromones when I was buying stuff off of some website. They sold pheromones, but they were out of stock. I really wanted to buy them but they never restocked it. That is when I began my quest for pheromones all over the internet. Since then, i’ve always been slightly interested about pheromones, but it wasnt untill I came to this site that I realized that there were so many different kinds of pheromones to choose from. It’s really quite overwhelming. While At this site, I hope to learn about the different applications of the different kinds of pheromones and gain insight on how these things work. I also hope that with the guidance of many people’s experience and knowledge, I can learn how to deal with situations in my daily life. So after purchasing a few of the to-go phero’s from the store, ( instant shine, turn up the heat, instant openness, instant honesty, ammunition, and instant female magic), i found myself searching everywhere about how to use phero’s and how to apply just the right amount. So, many thanks beforehand for helping me out. Oh, and also, the reason that I am at this site is because my friend told me about it. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Sounds like you got a good spread of products. I would read up carefully in the sticky section of the mens forum to make sure you understand what all these products do. And try them out one at a time at first to see what they do for you. I would start with IO or Ishine. Those ought to be two of the easier products to see results with. IO should help you with initial converstions. IShine should help you and others feel a little happier. Good luck! ---

Hi there! Welcome to the forum! Btw: you’ve got some nice products there 😉 Nice. However, I would encourage you to read more about some of the products you have there like Bosshank mentions. You’re probably a bit young for turn up the heat, but still you should read more about it 😉 However the guys will help you out more through your journey with pheros lol And the instant line is great! Welcome to the forum. One thing you might have fun with is just put on a couple of sprays of io and/or ih and then just go out and start a few conversations with people you don’t know. It will be interesting and may help with the shyness. ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Wow your off to a good start with the products, Nice order. Dont you just love the option for to-go bottles? It allows you to try a few things out and see what fits you best. Well mones can help with your shyness to a certain extent but you will have to make a effort as well. They wont tell you what to say. A good thing to do if possible before you approach someone or if you know you will be around someone is to think of some subjects that you would like to talk about before hand. Kinda go over it in your head. It will help you feel more confident and keep your mind from going blank because of nerves. Spending time in a venue like this forum helps as well. It gets you in the habit of interacting with others and thinking of things to say. IO and IH will help as well. When other people are talkative it makes it easier for the shy person to talk as well. Start with your products one at a time. Work up from one spray until you see results. Give it time. Suppose you wear 1 spray of IO to school in the morning but dont see much. later in the afternoon try 2 sprays and see if that helps and so on. After you know your dosage and what each product can do for you its easy to come up with a good combo. If you have questions jump on down to the mens tips and tricks section and ask. I’d like to thank everybody for these great suggestions. I’ll get started testing right away. :] I may post results after using these products.
