Hello all! Welcome to my journey into [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). It’s something that I’ve always been interested in but now I’m gonna see if the hype is real. My life right now is a perfect petri-dish for social interactions and if something works, I’m definitely gonna notice it. As of right now, I only have MX297(just arrived today) which I will test in the following scenarios: 1. At the gym 2. On a train 3. At the mall 4. At a sci-fi/comic book convention(about 3 weeks away) 5. Around friends 6. Around a certain girl that I know for a fact isn’t interested in me. So stay tuned and if you have any tips on whatever I’m using, feel free to post it. Also if you have any advice on a fallout mix, that’d be awesome too. ---

Down the road I will be watching your journal to see how it turns out and when you are ready I will help you with making a fallout mix. If you read some of these journals and snoop around you will see some posts about it. I actually saw a few in the men’s section if you are interested. ---

First Gym test **Product** MX297 **Self effects** So I tried 1.5 sprays of the stuff and I think I felt [pheromone](https://a314.com/) buzz everyone’s been mentioning. I could definitely feel something. Then for about the first 3 minutes, I couldn’t stop smiling. It was like a surge of happiness. So the next thing I noticed was when that happy spike went away, it was replaced by an unusual sense of calm. On my way to the gym, my car wouldn’t start. That’s never happened before but I was completely calm where normally I’d be freaking out. That calmness continued even at the gym where I noticed that, despite my workout, my heartbeat was pretty steady. There’s also a huge increase in my energy and stamina. I’m an athletic & fit guy but after like 5 minutes of a workout, sometimes I look like I ran a marathon. Today and quite literally, I barely broke a sweat. **Effects on others** It was hard to say. Not really any of the things I read about in other MX297 post but I did notice a possible hit from one woman(30’s) I see at the gym but have never spoken to. I’d move around a bit and I almost always found her staring. Not DIHL but looking in my direction. I can’t say I saw anything else though. So I’ll probably up it to 2 full sprays next time. ---

Using mones while at the gym is known to be tricky. Mones can sometimes burn really fast in such conditions. Great to see you have a journal going. I’ll read your reports. ---

Day 2 Location(s) The laundromat & the mall Product MX297(2 sprays on each side of neck) Self Effects I noticed that the happy/energy vibe was pretty much gone. It felt like a real rush when I tried it for the first time but that wasn’t there. That calm/cool feeling was still there though. I also notice I’m starting to get a lil bit of headache about an hour or 45 minutes later. Effects on other Today was quite the dud. Went to a laundromat and basically had just 1 hit. I don’t even know if it was the MX297 because the girl(cute 20’s latina) actually goes to my gym. So that could’ve been a “Don’t I know you from somewhere” type thing going. Afterwards I went to the mall and I noticed the employees I came across were like a tiny bit more chipper than usual. But honestly, if I tried, I could’ve coaxed the same reaction out of them without the pheromones(I’ve gotten alot better with my communications skills as of late). But also definitely nothing like the reactions and hits I’ve seen from other MX297 users. I think the only real hit I got at the mall might’ve also been an OD if that’s even possible lol. I was asking a female clerk(early 20’s latina) about a shirt and she later rang me up. Now this store is one of those stores geared towards like teens & early 20’s kids(I occasionally find a hidden gem there). So we’re having a nice talk and then suddenly she tries to sell me cologne. The way she did it though was like the way you would give someone a piece of gum to avoid having to tell them that their breath stinks lol. And this cologne is like the cheap stuff you wouldn’t even give to that guy at work that you hate. I don’t know, maybe she just didn’t like that akuto smell. Conclusion The thing that gets me the most is it seems that 2 sprays is the magic number for alot of people using MX297. So the fact that it didn’t work for me sucks. I’m gonna keep at it but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel some kind of regret right now. Whether that’s if I should’ve gotten the AMMO/IS combo I wanted to try or to get my money back is still TBD lol. By the way, does anyone know of ways to get any more gift cards or discounts or was the $25 GC intro the only thing? ---

[MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) is more intended for party / club setting than everyday life, to be honest. It acts best somewhere where you can just let loose and go crazy, like a dancefloor It may be why you’re not getting anything spectacular with it in those settings. ---

Yeah you’re right but I was just hoping to see something positive. I’ve read alot of post about some pretty interesting things that happened with [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) even outside of those club/party environments. Oh well then lol. Field report **Location** Gym(yesterday afternoon) **Product** [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/)(2 sprays to the neck, 1 spray to the back of neck) **Self effects** None. I’m not getting anymore. The good news though is I’m not really getting headaches anymore either so that’s cool. **Effects on others** I went to the gym during a crowded time to see how MX297 responds with more sprays. I got nothing. Absolutely nothing. No looks, no IOIs nothing. The fun thing about the gym is you use the mirrors to bounce across the room without overtly looking but yeah I didn’t see anything. What makes even more of a downside is both girls that gave me IOIs in my other reports( the laundromat and the 1st time I tried it at the gym) were at the gym today. Besides, the “new guy coming into the gym” glance across the room, I didn’t see anything. OD perhaps? ---

Field report **Location** Mall **Product** MX297(2 sprays around the adam’s apple) **Self effects** None. **Effects on others** So I went to the mall at a crowded time to test Mx297 in a similar crowded environment as the convention I’m going to. I didn’t notice any sort of IOIs. I went to shops, even leaned close to female cashiers, and I got nothing but the usual. For some reason, I feel like the more I use this, the less effective it becomes with my biochemistry. I still think it’s a great smell though. However, I did get my very first obvious hit and,quite honestly, I’m pissed off/flattered about it lol. So I was returning something to a store, the same store I mentioned with the cologne lady, and I’m talking to this cute blonde sales girl(early 20’s). She genuinely seemed like an upbeat person so I couldn’t if our nice talk was due to us just chatting or the mones having an effect. While this is going on though, from the corner of my eye, I see her coworker( an effiminate gay asian dude) starts giving me most of the crazy IOIs that people who use MX297 seem to be reporting. And in my head I’m just confused as hell. I’ve been using this stuff for almost week and the only noticeable difference I can report between my usual self (without mones) and me with MX297 is that gay dudes find me more attractive now. Don’t get me wrong, I’m flattered but I don’t swing that way so I guess this an OD for me. I know this the [social pheromone](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) but seriously I’m not getting nearly any of the results some of you guys are. And quite frankly, I’m worried too 'cause I’m going to a movie social this weekend and I have the damndest feeling I’m gonna get hit on by every gay dude from here to DC lol.Again, I’m flattered but Mx297 is not working out for me. **Theory** So I’m black and I’m starting to think that that might have some effect on how the MX297 works on me. I figure that most of the guys who reported using Mx297 on this site are probably white or asian so my biochemistry must be a whole lot different. Just a theory though I have no clue. ---

Not sure this has to do with OD. This should be filed under unwanted hits. We’ve all had our moments when a random 65 y.o. woman seems hit by [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and we’re like ‘errr… no…’. But we DID put on some product in the first place to mess with some generic ladies’ chemoreceptors, didn’t we? That’s the same type of effect. The guy liked what he got, that’s it. Don’t despair. And maybe try 3 sprays next in your sweet spot hunting. As far as race is concerned, I don’t have an opinion, maybe search around the forum on that topic. ---

Field report **Location** Library conference room **Product** [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/)(4 sprays, 3 to the neck, 1 to the top of the hand and spread to the other) **Self effects** None really. **Effects on others** FINALLY! Progress has been made! Well I’m not 100% but it was a good day. Joined a group from [meet-up.com](http://meet-up.com). There were about 6-7 people max(2 girls and all guys) and I wouldn’t say I was the center of attention like some people reported with MX297 but I was definitely a stand out. While watching some movies I’d just throw funny commentary out there(which I would normally do anyway) but I noticed it was way better received. This was my first time there and people were rolling at what I was saying. It was awesome. However, it’s still a bit inconclusive to me because I know I’m already a funny dude and my level of confidence and communications skills have vastly improved already(PUA stuff) so I can’t tell if it’s the new me or the mones. Hopefully it’s just both. My other issue is we were all sitting down watching a projector screen for like 3 hour. And we were all in about a 6 foot radius of each other. So I don’t know how long it takes for my mones to kick in around other people. I was hoping for a product that worked fast and I don’t think this is it(for me at least).Also I think my sweet spot might actually sprays which I’m happy about since I have togo bottle. I’m gonna have to be really careful about I use it. And whatever report talked about MX297 tearing down bitch shields was absolutely right. I wish I was a club going kinda guy but I can see how it works as long as you’re close and you get a real conversation going. ---

Yeah I guess I exaggerated a bit with the OD but I will say one thing, I’m a little concerned about what’s gonna happen if I mix this with ammo lol. MX can be touchy to use in mixes. Try it with Ammo and report what happens. After trying Ammo solo first of course. Let’s see this from the good side, you’ll provide very valuable ethnicity-related analysis to other users. And that will prove very valuable for this whole community. ---

The age range I’m looking to target is about 20-30 but I hear original Ammo smells kinda strong. ---

Ammo better for US and World better for Europe, asia, etc. I tried both and I find regular is more manly, but it’s my opinion. World sure is more subtle, but smells unisex in my book. ---
