I spiced up the conversation today a bit and had her holding off on getting into class. I could see by her leaning she didn’t want to end her thought. It wasn’t about a date, it was about her finishing her thought train. So what I did was say hey it’s too bad we always get cut-off mid thought. There’s got to a way I can continue to prove you wrong without you having to flee into your class. (We banter). This lit her up and she said I’m in for it now and slugged me in the arm. She said her class was only an hour and I should stick around. I said no way my time is way more valuable than sticking around just to prove you wrong. Her teacher interrupted with the old throat clear and I said I would see her Wednesday and it should give her enough time to try and come up with a worthy argument.
