Don’t spray Androstenone or anything that breaks down to none (incl IO/IH) on your hair or clothes as this can lead to buildup/stinky problems - None binds strongly to hair and needs a very long hard scrub with soap and water to remove. Similarly it can be difficult to shift from fabrics. Skin is best for all AD products and most of the competition. Don’t spray it round the room either - again that seldom works. Pheros need heat to diffuse properly. Arms/wrists are useful but neck/throat tends to be better. IH will help you in work but **do not** use IJ at work - that can trigger very aggressive/competitive behaviour or just piss people off. Androsterone based pheros like IG are far better for smooth competent/professional status projection and A314 is by far the best of all but don’t overdo it or your bosses will probably feel you are trying to do them out of a job.
