# Wore alpha. Got a job.

So a few weeks ago I decided it was time for a change of venue and I went and applied at a local semi-upscale restaurant. (The kind with a bar that sells real booze, not beer.)

I dressed well, fixed my hair, and shaved. Overall I looked presentable, and probably the best I can look without wearing a tuxedo or the like. I went and applied, and the waiter who gave me my application asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. I of course said yes.

Manager and I spoke, things went well and I was chill and respectable as I always am.

The interview went well, and the manager says “I’ll put your application at the top of the list, we’ll call you.”

So three weeks later they call, and I’ve got the job.

Did it have anything to do with Alpha314? Maybe. Will I contribute me getting the job all to Alpha314? Hell no, but it didn’t hurt.
