# WOW - DEFINATELY will do business again - AWESOME Customer Service

Sorry for new post, but I honestly wasn’t expecting this. I ordered on Sunday and my package was shipped on Monday. Considering I live in Riverside, my package should have been here by now (as stated in my other post). Right now, I just received a call from Androtics Customer Service. She wanted to tell me that USPS was having a high shipping day which was the cause of the delay of the package. And she wanted to apologize for the delay and all this other stuff. Let me just say, I’ve purchased from hundreds of online stores including reputable business. **NEVER** has a Customer Service agent contacted me due to slow shipping. Having them there makes me feel wonderful and this is the kind of service that makes people stay. Thank you very much for a wonderful service experience!
