MX305-310 Raw Power Test Pack is now out. 6 To Go sized testers total.
There’s a little boo boo, though.
5% of what we’ve been called the “Game” fragrance (sort of like Cool Water) was used, where this is one of our low fragrance items.
5% is still low compared to a cologne (colognes use 15 to 20% fragrance by volume), but it’s the not the exact spec this product is supposed to have.
We know a lot of you didn’t want a cologne component at all, so we’re sorry about that, guys!
It’s still a valid test pack, though, and some people might even like it a little more this way (androstenone is kinda stinky when not covered). This is our mistake, so we’ve dropped the price from $49.95 for this pack to $19.97 for forum reporters. Even a bit less for our most active forum members.
Again, still a good pack, but the addition of the small amount of fragrance doesn’t fulfill the promise we made to all of you… so you can get all 6 To Go’s for very little. These packs are usually a good deal, anyway. At this price, it’s is pretty much guaranteed that this is below our costs, when we factor all of our costs in (pheromones, bottles, alcohol, fragrance, labels, labor, shipping subsidies, rent, electricity, servers, etc. ahhhhg!)
We have some women’s packs planned when we get some new batches in from our most preferred chemist. We’re even having some old favorites remade by him, since his versions of the social molecules seem to actually outperform those from the other great American lab we use. (probably because he’s a specialist, whereas the other lab does close to everything)
Word on the street is that MX109 (aka The Woodymaker) might be coming back. I’d love to get my filthy paws on that!
But just in general, tisha has mentioned the old Alpha Female Series, Sunshine Series, and Drive Him Crazy series (of which I guess MX109 is one). I’d love to try any of those, especially the Sunshine Series. I don’t seem to do well with TAH, so I’d love a “happy” mix that is not MX135.
You know what I’d also love to see? An “Energizer Bunny” MX. So many people (including yours truly) are exhausted by the time we come home from work. I know that some of the molecules, including TAF, P90, P93 may have energizing effects. How great would it be to have a MX that helps you with a little birst of energy but doesn’t give you a crash at the end? If such a thing could be designed, I’m sure it would be scooped up by working women everywhere…

i vote for the drive him wild series. also the alpha female series. i love love loove TAL. imagine how awesome it would be if i can combine both.. hehewhips out stilettos
So, any idea when or if a new batch of this test pack will come out? I just came across a good deal of money and don’t want to let this pack pass by me if I can help it. I have a lot to test, but I also love testing and do it whenever I get the chance. With my recent experiences, I’m interested in these new mixes, but am definitely still planning to do testing of products that are less hyped, and may prove to be of no benefit to me personally (putatives and the like).
Will the eventual idea still be to make Raw Power an oil based product?
Will there be both an oil and a spray?
Or will you be trying to switch permanently to an alcohol spray?
Jas will have to anwser these but I would like to point out that I think the appeal of Raw Power was that it was oil which slowed diffusion and allowed men to use alot more anone without adverse effects. The oil is what gives the anonw the “Power” Just my opinion

It’s an interesting question as to whether to add an oil carrier. anone, of all the pheromones, seems to already last a long time and have relatively low diffusion. The low difusion can be masked by its ability to build up over time. Buildup can give the illusion of high diffusion.
For me, alcohol is just fine as a carrier for anone. The molecule itself seems to already have the advantages we get from putting other pheromones in an oil carrier. I may not be the best test case though, because I am fairly anone tolerant. The only real “ghosting” effect I ever got was from wearing 5 sprays of pheroproof. I think that was a cologne OD rather than an effect from the anone, because I have worn equivalent amounts of anone and more without experiencing the ghosting.
It will be interesting to hear some of the younger or less anone tolerant guys weigh in on the pros and cons of alcohol and oil carriers for anone.
